Only five days ago, you asked "What happens when the market goes up?" and I responded

the DOW went up 0.71% and the NASDAQ, 0.985, both rather measly.

But look, our portfolio went up much higher 3.8%!

(That's almost 4 times as much, folks!)

 "

And yesterday, February 5, 2008, what happens, you ask, when the market goes terribly belly up? The DOW went down by 370.03 points (or - 2.93%) and the NASDAQ, by 73.28 (-3.08%).

Our portfolio still went up  1.82%!

But today the market continued its downward spiral The DOW went down by 65.03 points (or -0.53%) and the NASDAQ, by 30.82 (-1.33%).

Our portfolio kept going up.  This time 2.56%!

Getting impatiently surprised now, you ask "What is the secret?"

No secret at all. But it was the result of long, painstaking research and analyses.

It has been published before and I am publishing it again. Our portfolio now consists of the following twenty two (22) stocks:

A few observations I noted just now:

1. Most of them are in the emerging growth, renewable energy industry. Note the signifying background color of this page.

2. Hence, most of them are Bulletin Board Stocks, Over The Counter

3. Two are in mining, particularly uranium (Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp LBSU and Utah Uranium Corp UTUC)

4. Although only one right now, my first venture into China, China Shoe Holdings Inc CHSH, I have a feeling that I will engage more and more in investigating the possibilities in this country as well as in the emerging economies of Asia - India, Singapore, Japan, Korea, etc. as my attention seem to be focusing now on Foreign Exchange trading. Note that we already made a short time, fifty percent (50%) return on CHSH once.

5. Only one in pharmaceutical, Panacos Pharmaceuticals Inc PANC, that is involved in the cutting edge research and development of HIV/AIDS prevention drugs and medication.
